Sonic Balls is an experimental, interactive instrument, played by hitting it with drum sticks or with your hands. The balls can be programmed in a variety of ways, so you can play single notes and drum sounds but also more complex harmonic patterns.

I have created an interface which very accessible to engage with. I have tested it with children, teenagers but also refugees and asylum seekers.

- Accessibility to a wide audience.
- Using and designing attractive, intuitive interfaces for playing music.
- Varied music material.
- Possibility to collaborate.
- Taking into account the aesthetics of the interface in the context of electronic music.

Introducing the instrument/ workshops in London hospitals, collaboration with charities which engage people with the arts
